Keeping the process simple

We know you have a lot to worry about, and trying to navigate a complicated process to get your recordings transcribed should not be one of them. Our process is simple. We give you a quote, you upload your recordings, we send you an invoice (for individuals) or you send us a purchase order (for institutions), and then you receive your transcriptions. It's simple and tailored to your needs.
  • First, use our online form to request a quote.
  • We send you a customized quote
  • With the quote, we will send you a link to upload your files to our secured Dropbox depository. Your files go into YOUR folder where only your transcriber has access to them
  • We analyze your recordings and send you an invoice. You can pay with a check or with a credit card. Academic institutions may opt to pay with a purchase order.*
  • Once you accept our quote, you will receive a personal login invitation for our website where you can track the progress of your transcriptions. You will also find a link on your personal page where you can upload additional recordings you would like to submit. Click here to see what your page will look like.
  • When your transcriptions are ready, you will also be able to access your them through your personal page on our website. They can also be emailed to you as Word documents (.docx) if requested. Other formats are available on request.
